Slovenian Association for Obesity
The Slovenian Obesity Association is a small non-profit organisation working in the field of obesity and eating disorders. The Association strives to identify obesity as a disease with its members participating in the development of national guidelines for the prevention and treatment of obesity.
Members of the association are also active in raising awareness to the lay public about the importance of healthy weight, healthy diets and regular physical activity.
