About PASOO:
PASOO is an official organization recognized by the Philippine Medical Association that pioneers in the prevention and control of obesity and its complications through education, research and advocacy, working towards an obesity-risk free Philippines.
PASOO aims to encourage research in the field of prevention and management of overweight and obesity. Furthermore, it aims to provide an authoritative voice on the subject as well as a forum for the exchange of scientific information in this field. Towards this end, the association has conducted workshops to formulate study protocols in the different research areas.
