Obesity Workgroup, Mexican Society of Nutrition and Endocrinology (SMNE)
The Workgroup promotes the comprehensive study of obesity within the Mexican Society of Nutrition and Endocrinology (SMNE) and in the health community in Mexico. The group aims to consolidate the Mexican Society of Nutrition and Endocrinology (SMNE) into a successful and functional network of health professionals that promotes education and research in obesity, including both prevention and the adequate treatment of its complications, in order to improve the quality of life of the Mexican population.
The Obesity Workgroup of the SMNE joins World Obesity Federation as a Full Member.
