Global Obesity Patient Alliance (GOPA)
The Global Obesity Patient Alliance (GOPA) joins together obesity patient organizations from around the world to create change in obesity on a global level. GOPA stresses that obesity is a chronic disease; that weight bias and stigma still exists and needs to end, and that negative perceptions of people with obesity must change.
