Zastavme nadváhu a obezitu organised campaigns this year for World Obesity Day and World Heart Day, promoting greater health awareness and providing diet and physical activity advice.


Zastavme nadváhu a obezitu (Let’s Stop Overweight and Obesity) is an association based in the Czech Republic, which aims to promote awareness of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle (exercise, diet, prevention), raise awareness of the risks associated with overweight and obesity, and develop an ecosystem of information, prevention and care. The association organises meetings focused on outreach, prevention, increasing quality of care, and supporting new professional, political, and financial approaches.

  • Motivate why and how to start a lifestyle change
