Winnie Dehaney

Winnie Dehaney has been creating and delivering events for not-for-profits, charities and membership bodies for over 15 years.

In her role as Head of Events, Winnie is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the WOF events portfolio. She works closely with World Obesity staff, members and partners to create and provide meetings, conferences and training both online and in person across the globe, including the flagship International Congress on Obesity. She also coordinates WOF attendance at symposiums, exhibitions and meetings organised by others.

After completing her degree in Psychology at University College London, Winnie went onto work with a wide range of stakeholders in organisations that included engineers, accountants and even psychoanalysts.
