Nicole Emmanuel

Nicole is the Partnerships Coordinator at World Obesity, supporting the development and stewardship of corporate partnerships. She will also operational activities across the wider organisation, helping to strengthen the systems and processes that enable World Obesity’s work.

Prior to joining World Obesity, Nicole worked in international development and global health for over six years, with a focus on HIV and youth. She has coordinated multi-country programmes across sub-Saharan Africa, working with civil society organisations, advocacy networks, donors and communities to strengthen youth leadership, advocacy and capacity. Her experience spans partnership and programme management, donor engagement and reporting, international events and communications, as well as supporting locally led initiatives that connect community priorities with national and global health agendas.

Nicole is passionate about equitable approaches to global health and the role of strong partnerships in creating lasting change.
