Annual General Meeting 2021

Our preference this year would have been to welcome our members in person at this year’s AGM, however with ongoing restrictions on large gatherings and restricted travel owing to Covid-19, we have continued this year to keep the AGM as safe as possible and continue to follow Government guidelines on social distancing.
We are delighted to inform you that we will once again be holding a live-streamed event to update you on our activities over the past year and this year will be able to provide you with an opportunity to vote live during the meeting.
In order that we can plan our virtual meeting we would be grateful if you could please pre-register your attendance by registering here by 24th June 2021.
- AGM Date: Thursday, 1st July 2021
- Time: 13:00-14:30pm BST
- Venue: This AGM will be held as a live-streamed event*
*Please note that attending the live-streamed event constitutes formal attendance and live voting options will be possible. If you are unable to attend then a proxy vote can be submitted ahead of the AGM. While Covid-19 restrictions are in place you will be asked to appoint the President as your proxy. All relevant documents will be available to download from our website nearer the time.
