SCOPE School London 2014

The theme of the 2014 SCOPE School is ‘Integrating Primary Care and Commercial Providers into Obesity Management’.

This course covers a wide range of topics, which aim to enable attendees to manage all aspects of managing a patient suffering with obesity and associated co-morbidities. The programme brings together experts from across the world to address the assessment, treatment and prevention of obesity. With sessions including such topics as the role of primary care providers to commercial providers, how to provide optimum care for those with obesity and looking out for bariatric surgery candidates and more. This intensive two day course covers the many features and varieties of obesity management that professionals are encountering today and will provide a greater knowledge of effective patient management and the vital role of professionals in tackling obesity.

SCOPE School is an interactive learning experience which includes practical sessions, lectures and panel discussions. This event is targeted at professionals working in clinical practice, including: nurses, nutritionists, physiotherapists and anybody who works directly with obese patients as well as students training in the area of obesity.

SCOPE School London is SCOPE and CPD accredited.

The event will take place from the 27-28 October 2014.

Registration Scholarships

Novo Nordisk A/S are providing opportunities for a limited number of applicants to receive complimentary registration to SCOPE School London. 

Applicants must submit an application form and 1 page CV. The scholarship supports registration only and successful applicants will be required to organise their own travel and accommodation for the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be refunded unless cancellation is expressed in writing. Cancellations received prior to the 27th September 2014 will receive a refund minus a £75 administration fee. Cancellations received after the 27th September 2014 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted but must be advised in writing.
