SCOPE School London 2014
The theme of the 2014 SCOPE School is ‘Integrating Primary Care and Commercial Providers into Obesity Management’.
This course covers a wide range of topics, which aim to enable attendees to manage all aspects of managing a patient suffering with obesity and associated co-morbidities. The programme brings together experts from across the world to address the assessment, treatment and prevention of obesity. With sessions including such topics as the role of primary care providers to commercial providers, how to provide optimum care for those with obesity and looking out for bariatric surgery candidates and more. This intensive two day course covers the many features and varieties of obesity management that professionals are encountering today and will provide a greater knowledge of effective patient management and the vital role of professionals in tackling obesity.
SCOPE School is an interactive learning experience which includes practical sessions, lectures and panel discussions. This event is targeted at professionals working in clinical practice, including: nurses, nutritionists, physiotherapists and anybody who works directly with obese patients as well as students training in the area of obesity.
SCOPE School London is SCOPE and CPD accredited.
The event will take place from the 27-28 October 2014.

Applicants must submit an application form and 1 page CV. The scholarship supports registration only and successful applicants will be required to organise their own travel and accommodation for the event.
